Interested In The Period From 1975 To 1992.
I went to Huapai Primary School, worked at Manningtons picking Boysenberries, Hetheringtons picking grapes some summers, and other strawberry farms. I played hockey for Huapai Hockey club and would love to get in contact with other ex-players. We lived opposite the fire station and lived there when the little Anglican Church burnt down. Saw the local shop get turned Pink! Spent a week most summers at Camp Carey in Henderson Valley, and Xmas decoration making at the Baptist Church in Kumeu. Lived there when the Hurricane covered Huapai in inches of hailstones, and when Mr Martin & Bindi (the dog) where headmaster. I still keep in contact with Mrs MacKelvie, my first teacher
