Reason For Listing: Interested In Its History.
I Am Interested In Obtaining: Interesting History Information.
Interested In The Period From 1740 To 1800.
I am looking at a family tree made up by a relative who sent it to me, and I am trying to verify if it is accurate. The first entry states that a person named Albert Holman was born in 1750 in a town/village ? called Ganderikzee which I believe is somewhere near Essen. Albert Holman married Catharina Elisabeth Schaaps born 1756 in a town/village called Mulheim, which is apparently somewhere near the Rhine river.The information I have indicates the marriage took place on 10 May 1778 but I do not know where. Sometime after their marriage the couple moved to Amsterdam where Albert died on 30 December 1799. His wife, Catharina, lived on for another 30 years and died on 27 July 1830.
